How to build interdisciplinary academic courses to educate students in a One-Health perspective?

Effort to educate inter-disciplinary students in a “One Health” perspective at undergraduate level have to be made, with the promotion of participatory approaches involving various disciplines (e.g., social sciences and economics) and by the development of common training sessions gathering veterinary and medical students.
