The ComMod Pilot Network in Food Security Research approaches animal health issues from a holistic OneHealth perspective. The Network partners met in Phnom Penh for their third workshop, which was supported by READI experts Panomsak Promburom and Johanna Lindahl. The goal of the meeting was to identify, define and explore a common challenge relating to Japanese Encephalitis (JE) in Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. The issue identified was phrased as the following question: “How to identify the causes of JE human cases existing and [how to] develop appropriate control strategies for the 3 countries?”
