Phase 1: Annual scientific seminar

The purpose of this meeting is to present the ongoing and scheduled activities in 2014 of the various partners of the network. An assessment of 2013 activities and a proposition for scheduled (year 2014) activities will be presented for each of the 6 thematic areas of the network (see beside).

Phase 2: Steering committee

A financial statement will be presented to the steering committee by the coordination unit. The proposed activities for the year 2014 (cf. scientific seminar) will be evaluated by the steering committee for validation. The institutions in charge of the Presidency and the coordination of the network will have to be identified by vote.
